Spicy Grilled Lamb Chops with Tzatziki, Roasted Eggplant & Summer Squash and Lemon Rice
We’ve received an over-abundance of cucumbers from our CSA this summer. While trying to come up with ideas for what to do with them, Megan mentioned tzatziki sauce. That made me think of gyros which made me think of lamb and suddenly I wanted lamb chops.

Smoked Turkey BLT with Fresh Cayenne Chipotle Mayo
While watering our herbs and cayenne pepper plant this afternoon I noticed that we have several peppers that have finally ripened. We’ve been using them green for a few months, but now, they are a brilliant red. I wanted to do something with one of them today and I’ve been craving a good BLT lately.
