Stuffed Deep Dish Pizza, Part 2

While in New York for my sister’s grad­u­a­tion, she requested that I make her some­thing to eat. So i though I’d make her the stuffed deep dish pizza because it’s awe­some. After a trip to her neigh­bor­hood gro­cery I got to work. I ended up mak­ing pesto from some amaz­ing fresh basil and I also made a tomato sauce for teh top of the pizza as well. this was fantastic.

Aside from my freshly made pesto and tomato sauce, the fill­ing was sun­dried tomato, fresh mozzerella, fresh grated parme­san, spinach, arti­choke, mush­rooms and chopped garlic.
