With Megan graduating from grad school, her parents came to town for the commencement. While they were in town we made dinner for them and my parents. Megan’s parents alway sbring us great fresh vegetables from their garden and often they will give us fresh seafood as they live near the North Carolina coast. With that, I went to town on this scrumptous meal.



I made Chili Lime grilled Sea Bass topped with a fresh Pineapple Mango Salsa. While at the grill i also grilled zuchini & purple asparagus. The purple asparagus cooks down to a green colour but tasts slightly sweeter than its green sibling. Megan made garlic mashed potatoes and a tasty salad to go along and she also made a strawberry shortcake. all around a tasty meal that made both our parents proud. and full.
